ECLIPSE LITE ENTRY LEVEL CHEQUE PROCESSING

Cheque processing is made easy using the Eclipse Lite PC based system for processing, recording and storing details of your incoming cheque payments. Cheques are scanned using a small image based desktop scanner and then information (serial number, sort code, account number and amount) is captured automatically using a combination of MICR, OCR and ICR reading techniques. An option is available to input a reference against each cheque and then the banking facility allows you to intelligently sort cheques into banking batches and provides a full listing to accompany the cheques to the bank.

The data and images of all cheques processed through the system are available in the image archive and can be instantly retrieved using a variety of search criteria to assist with customer and bank queries. The data is also made available in a flexible output format for importing into other business systems.
